Shipped really fast and packaged well; good seller communication. The hand is exactly like my other one which I'm replacing since it broke, except maybe slightly smaller (a fraction of an inch, which isn't a problem) and heavier since it's apparently solid whereas my broken one is hollow (probably a good thing since it'll be harder to break and easier to fix if it does break). The finish is a little rougher than my old one, I'm guessing because it's polystyrene, but that's also not a problem. The main thing is it looks exactly the same as my other one which is important for my photos. I'm happy with it.
